   Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The Seville Board of Public Affairs provides Electric, Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Services to the residents of the Village of Seville and a portion of Guilford and Westfield Township. The Board is made up of three elected officials that oversee and set policies.Board Members:

The Board of Public Affairs Trustees meet the first and third Monday of each month at 6:45 P.M. at the Village of Seville Administration Building located at 120 Royal Crest Drive, Seville, Ohio 44273.  The meetings are open to the public. Please come to a BOPA meeting and give us your thoughts, ideas, or suggestions.
