The Seville Board of Public Affairs provides Electric, Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Services to the residents of the Village of Seville and a portion of Guilford and Westfield Township. The Board is made up of three elected officials that oversee and set policies.

The Board of Public Affairs Trustees meet the first and third Monday of each month at 6:45 P.M. at the Village of Seville Administration Building located at 120 Royal Crest Drive, Seville, Ohio 44273.  The meetings are open to the public. Please come to a BOPA meeting and give us your thoughts, ideas, or suggestions.
