To view and print your bill, please click on the following link and enter your information:

You will need your 8 digit BOPA account number, your last name as it appears on your monthly utility bill, or your personal pin number.  If you are a business, you will need to enter your entire business name as it appears on your monthly utility bill.

Phone System

  1. Dial 1-833-398-6729.
  2. Select Option 2
  3. Enter our Jurisdiction Code: 8415
  4. Follow the messages, inputting data where necessary
  5. Wait for a confirmation number

Internet System

Go to:
https://www.officialpayments.com/

Click Local Payment
  1. Enter our Jurisdiction Code: 8415  (If applicable)

  2. Enter the necessary information – you will need your BOPA account #
  3. Submit the payment
  4. You will get a confirmation number.  You may click on “print confirmation” to get a copy of the confirmation number or write it down for your records.
  5. Exit out to clear your session data. 
In-Office Card Payment

The Seville BOPA office can take debit and credit card payments, via Bridge Payments.  However, you must come inside to lobby to use a card. The office will not hand the machine in the drive-up and can not take payments over the phone.

Bridge Payment Services will charge a convivence fee of 3.5% the total bill.  This type of payment system only applies to existing customers, not to be used for guarantee deposits.
